Production and business units must comply with the Production Safety Law
and other relevant safety laws and regulations, strengthen production
safety management, establish and improve the safe production
responsibility system and safety rules and regulations, improve safety
conditions, promote safe production of standardized construction,
improve production safety level, to ensure safety in production.
Safety production responsibility system production units should clarify
the position of the responsible persons, the scope of responsibility and
assessment criteria and so on. Production units shall establish
appropriate mechanisms to strengthen the implementation of safety
production responsibility system of supervision and evaluation to ensure
the implementation of safe production responsibility. |
